Exchanges are possible only if the size wasn’t quite right or ONLY IF we had the sizes you needed. Please let us know within 48h then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your order. We maintain the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards. When you return something, it must be in pristine condition, meaning original packaging where possible. Shoes must be returned in an undamaged box, and there may not be any marks on the soles.
